Plea Deal for Wall

Dakota Wall accepted a plea deal today, minimizing her charge from a felony of obstructing justice to a misdemeanor of obstructing a peace officer. The 22 days in jail and 261 days spent on home confinement counted as her time served, leaving her only responsibility now to pay the remaining $404 of her bond.
Today Robbie Mueller waived his right to a jury trial, which will leave his fate in the hands of the judge. His bench trial is set for December 8 at 1:00 p.m.
James Glazer is set to appear tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.
Mueller and Glazer are charged with murdering then 15-year-old Sidnee Stephens. Wall was originally charged with obstructing justice by lying to police when she had knowledge of information surrounding the murder. Carl Dane, 18, was also charged in the case and sentenced to 60 years in prison when he pled guilty in June. However, in August, on the day that he was to be transported from the Perry County Jail to Menard Correctional Center, he was found hanged in his cell.
